(Dubuque, IA) -- Residents of Dubuque are dealing with 5-to-nearly-7 inches of wet, heavy snow after this latest round of winter. The National Weather Service says a location in Jones County received 4 inches of snow. Most locations in eastern Iowa received 2-3 inches. A Winter Storm Warning for Dubuque, Jones, Jackson, Cedar, Clinton, and Jo Daviess counties will expire at 6 p.m. (Thursday). The National Weather Service says drivers should expect slick roads and windy conditions, with wind gusting as high as 35 mph in east central and northeast Iowa and northwest Illinois.
